Description of La Baya

Roasting date: June 20, 2023 - Packed with CO2 valve at the roaster

Fine coffee from Colombia - Microlot - SCA 87.0 points

In a 250g packaging

Together with an award-winning roaster in Colombia, we obtained this rare coffee from Nariño. Even though Ethiopia is better known for "berry" coffee, many flavors have been developed in the coffee through controlled anaerobic fermentation. The red berries but also a fruity sweetness characterize this extremely aromatic coffee. Thanks to the Omni Roast, it can also be used for fruity espressos and cappuccini.
